The business produces a huge amount of digestible, helpful business-focused legal content devoted to topics that impact their clients. They are generous with their knowledge so that their clients have the information they need to make informed decisions.
This transparency and openness are also built into their pricing structure. All fees are pre-agreed with their clients, and they have recently introduced fixed-fee trial periods in response to client need, to give the SMEs they work with time to figure out the level of legal service they require.
